Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept unworn merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment.
A one-time price adjustment may be made with the original invoice within 7 days of the original invoice date on full-price merchandise only.
ExceptionsItems with a discounted price ending in $0.97 are "final sale" and may not be returned or exchanged and are not subject to price adjustments.
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Lucky Brand Full-Price Stores can only accept exchanges of, returns of, and/or requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at a Lucky Brand Full-Price Store located in the same country.
For your convenience, any Lucky Brand Full-Price Store located in the United States or Puerto Rico can also accept exchanges of, returns of, and/or requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at LuckyBrand.com.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OPTION 1: On Your Own or Outside of the United States
- Complete the return and exchange form and enclose it with your securely packed return merchandise.

- Upon, receipt, a credit in the form of payment used, less appropriate adjustments for shipping & handling will be issued.
*Postage must be prepaid. COD will not be accepted. We suggest using a trackable shipping method. Returns will not be accepted at Lucky Brand Outlet or locations outside of the United States & Puerto Rico.
OPTION 2: At One of Our Stores in the United States & Puerto Rico
- Simply bring this packing slip along with the merchandise to any Lucky Brand store in the United States & Puerto Rico.
- A credit in the form of payment used, less appropriate adjustments for shipping & handling will be issued.
