  These are easily the best fitting jeans I've ever worn. I've ordered this style in size 20 or 18 repeatedly over the years. Nothing makes my butt and legs look as good as they do as these jeans. The problem is the defect identified by others: these jeans split laterally against the flow of the seam in the inner thigh. And it's not a matter of if they will but when they will. The jeans never last a year. For me, I can wear size 18 or 20. The 18s make my rear and legs look amazing. If I wear the 18s once a week for three months, by the end of the three months they will split in this manner. The 20s make my rear and legs look good, but are definitely a little looser. For the 20s, I get about an extra three months. So I have sacrificed the amazing for the good, and have decided to only buy size 20 from now on. Today, on cue (I bought my last pair of size 20 at the end of October 2017), my jeans split...laterally, against the seam in the inner thigh. I saw these were on sale when I got home from walking my dog and immediately bought two more pairs. Yes, I'm addicted to my legs and rear looking good, and yes, I know they're going to split in 6 months...but I have no alternatives. The Emma Straight jeans do not fit me like the Emma Boot, and the petite are literally the perfect length for me at 5 feet 2 inches tall. Lucky, please, please, please figure out how to fix this defect without sacrificing the fit of the jeans. You have an almost perfect product! I'd rather give these 5 stars.

  I purchased these and was very pleased with the look and fit UNTIL they ripped in the thigh area after just a few wears. Very disappointed!

  No Front Pockets

  Overall I like these jeans, they look good and I probably should have gone down a size with all the stretch they have. My biggest problem is there aren't any front pockets, which is weird and annoying, but there is also this flap of fabric on the inside that would appear to be for pockets,as it doesn't seem to have any other function (isn't for control).
