RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Standard Return Shipping
  1. Please pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please also include all paperwork and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in your return package.
  3. Sorry, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  4. Any items with a discounted price ending in $0.97 are considered "final sale" items and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  5. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  6. Please ship the item(s) prepaid via traceable insured mail to the following address:

  7. Note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at our warehouse.
  8. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your return.
  9. You will receive an email confirming the return has been processed, and a credit has been issued. In the case of a gift return, the giftrecipient will receive an email with an e-gift card refund.
  10. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, UNLESS the following is checked and completed on the return portion of the pack slip: “WAS THIS A GIFT? To receive credit as an electronic gift card, please provide email and phone number below, otherwise credit will go to the original purchaser.” You must supply a valid email address and phonenumber to receive the e-gift card refund.
Returns to Store

For your convenience, any Lucky Brand retail stores located in the United States or Puerto Rico can also accept exchanges and returns on items purchased at LuckyBrand.com. Canadian stores are not able to process returns or price adjustments at this time.

  1. Complete the returns section of the original packing slip and bring it with you to the store. If you do not have your packing slip, you may present your online purchase confirmation.
  2. Take the item(s) and original packing slip to any Lucky Brand store. Find the nearest Lucky Brand retail store by using our store locator.
  3. The store associate will help you exchange your purchase or process your return and issue a credit. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Canada Returns

Returns in Canada can only be processed by mail. Canada stores cannot accept returns of merchandise ordered online at LuckyBrand.com.

For returns in Canada, please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
