Comments about Lucky Schott X Lb Mercer Jacket
This is actually a Schott 660vn jacket, which Schott now made exclusively for LB. That means you can not find it on Schott website, but with the style number you will find some info online. It is a 28 inch jacket, a bit longer than regular 26' cafe racer style jacket. The fit requires attention. On the website LB says size up. While this jacket indeed runs small, I think it is small about 1/2 size. I have a Schott X Lb Bowery Jacket, which truly requires size one up. But this one is different. I normally wear small in LB, and the small in this jacket is a tad snug with a t-shirt, barely zip up; while a Medium is too baggy on t-shirt, but requires a sweater underneath. So you need to decide what fit you like to choose the right size. Compare with the Bowery Jacket, the shoulder on this one is 1 inch wider, while the sleeve length is the same, they are less slim. The leather is more like a broken in leather, rather than a washed leather like that on Bowery Jacket.Bottom line, it is a unique jacket, if you choose the right size you will like it.
