SHOPPING BAG AND CHECKOUT


SHOPPING BAG

Items placed in your shopping bag while you are shopping on LuckyBrand.com will remain there until they are purchased, added to your wish list or removed. We will remove items that remain in your shopping bag beyond 90 days.

Because we cannot guarantee product availability until items are purchased, an item may become unavailable while it is in your shopping bag. If an item becomes out of stock, you must remove it from your shopping bag.


Shopping Bag Options

UPDATE QUANTITY

To change the quantity of a specific item, click the dropdown arrow in the quantity column and choose a new quantity from the list.

REMOVE AN ITEM FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG

To remove an item, click “Remove.”

ADD AN ITEM TO YOUR WISH LIST

If there are items in your shopping bag that you do not wish to purchase immediately — but you would like to have a reminder about them later — you can add them to your wish list by clicking “Add to Wish List.”

EDIT ITEM DETAILS

To edit item details such as color or size, click “Edit”

ADD GIFT BOXING OR A GIFT NOTE

To view gift wrap and gift note options, check the boxes next to “Gift.”

ENTER A PROMO OR COUPON CODE

If you have a promo or coupon code, enter the code and click “Apply.”

CONTINUE SHOPPING

If you would like to continue browsing products and adding items to your cart, click “Continue Shopping.”

PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

When you are ready to purchase your item(s), you have several options:

  • If you are purchasing just one item or you would like to ship to one location, click the “Ship to One Address” button
  • If you are purchasing multiple items and you would like to ship to multiple addresses or use multiple shipping methods, click the “Ship to Multiple Addresses” button
    Note: We do not currently ship to multiple addresses outside the United States
  • If you would like to use PayPal as your payment method, click “Checkout with PayPal”; once tender is accepted by PayPal, you will be redirected to the shipping method step of our checkout process
  • CHECKOUT

    STEP 1: SHIPPING ADDRESS

    If you are not already signed in to your LuckyBrand.com account, you may continue to check out as a guest. However, to quickly access saved addresses and payment methods, we suggest signing in to your account using the fields on the right side of the page. You may conveniently sign in via a preferred social network or the email address and password associated with your LuckyBrand.com account. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

    Shipping to a Single Address:

    • If you intended to ship to one address click "Ship to a Single Address" below your order summary on the right side of the page
    • Complete all of the required fields in the shipping address form. If you are signed into your LuckyBrand.com account, you may also choose a saved address from the dropdown box just below the shipping fields.
    • If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "Add to Address Book" checkbox
    • If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the "Use This Address for Billing" checkbox
    • When you are ready to move on to the next step, click "Continue"

    Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

    • If you intended to ship to multiple addresses, click "Ship to Multiple Addresses" below your order summary on the right side of the page
    • Guests must add addresses next to each item. Signed-in customers may choose an address by selecting one from the dropdown menu next to each item, or by adding a new one.
    • When adding a new address, a shipping address form will pop up. Complete all required fields in the shipping address form.
    • If your shipping address will be used for billing later in the process, click the "Use This Address for Billing" checkbox.
    • If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "Add to Address Book" checkbox.
    • When you are ready to move on to the next step, click "Continue"

    STEP 2: SHIPPING METHOD

    Your items are arranged in shipments based on your chosen shipping address(es). Use the dropdown box next to each shipping address to choose the available shipping methods/charges. When you are ready to move on to the next step, click "Continue"

    STEP 3: PAYMENT

    Review your order summary on the right side of the page to confirm the items in your shopping bag, gift options, shipping addresses and shipping methods before selecting your payment options. You may click back to any step of the checkout process to make adjustments.


    Payment Page Options:

    CONFIRM YOUR BILLING ADDRESS
    • Your shipping address will appear here automatically if you specified it earlier in the checkout process. If not, enter your name and billing address.
    • Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order. Be sure to confirm that the address is correct before proceeding. If the address is incorrect or requires editing, click "Change Address."
    • Enter the email address where you wish to receive order confirmation emails and further correspondence regarding your orders and shipments
    APPLY A GIFT CARD

    To apply the balance of a gift card, enter the gift card number and pin in the appropriate fields and click "Apply." You may apply multiple gift cards to a single purchase. For more information on redeeming a gift card or e-gift card, click here.

    ENTER A PROMO CODE

    If you have been provided with a promo code, expand the "Have a Promo Code?" field by clicking on the "+" sign and enter the requested information. For more information on promo codes, click here.

    CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

    Once you have verified all aspects of your purchase and applied any gift cards or promo codes, select your method of payment.

    PAYPAL: Selecting the PayPal option will redirect you out to PayPal’s secure checkout page. Once you complete all required fields and your form of tender is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our order confirmation step.
    Note: If you opted to check out with PayPal earlier in the checkout process, the payment method section will reflect that you are about to process payment using your PayPal account. If you no longer wish to use your PayPal account, click "Change Payment Method."

    CREDIT CARD: After selecting this option, you will be presented with a credit card form. Complete all required fields exactly as they appear on your credit card. If you are signed in to your LuckyBrand.com account, you can save the credit card for future use by clicking the "Save Card to My Account" checkbox.     When you are ready to complete your transaction, click the "Submit Order" button.


    STEP 4: ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. Note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. For more information, click here.
