What's the difference between the Lucky Brand Rewards Program and the Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card?

  • The Lucky Brand Rewards Program is our way of thanking our loyal customers for choosing Lucky Brand. It is not a credit card. As a Rewards Member, you'll feel the love by earning 1 Rewards Point for every dollar spent. Exclusive offers will be sent to you via e-mail and mail. Simply shop like you always do—and get rewarded for it. The Rewards Program is free to join and available for U.S. residents over the age of 18.   • The Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card is a credit card that you may apply for. It can be used at Lucky Brand specialty and outlet stores, and on luckybrand.com by logging into your Lucky Brand account. Applications are subject to credit approval and you must be at the age of majority in your state or territory to apply. If you are approved, you earn two points for every dollar spent in Lucky Brand stores or on luckybrand.com using your credit card—double points towards reaching the next Reward Tier! Credit cardholders are automatically enrolled in the Lucky Brand Rewards Program.

How do I join the Lucky Brand Rewards Program?

  • The Rewards Program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required. All you need to do is create an account online or sign up for an account with an associate in one of our stores. Don’t wait, get in on those benefits today!

How do I accumulate points in the Lucky Brand Rewards Program?

  • When checking out in store, tell the Lucky Brand associate your name, e-mail or phone number. The associate will gladly look up your Rewards Account and ensure that you receive your Rewards Points.
  • When checking out online, be sure you are logged into your Rewards Account before checking out and your points will automatically be credited to your member account.
  • With the Lucky Brand Rewards Program, you will earn 1 Rewards Point for every U.S. dollar ($1) spent on all of your purchases at Lucky Brand Specialty Stores, Lucky Brand Outlet Stores, or at luckybrand.com.
  • Every point earned will go towards determining your tier status and cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise. Earn 1 Rewards Point for every U.S. dollar ($1) spent.

  • The following products, items, charges, and purchases are excluded from earning points: gift cards, gift certificates, returned items, purchases from Lucky Brand wholesale partners, previous purchases, shipping and handling charges, and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.

How is my Lucky Brand Rewards Tier status determined?

  • Your Lucky Brand Rewards Tier status is determined by the number of Points accumulated and maintained annually, beginning February 1 and ending the following January 31, at Lucky Brand stores and at luckybrand.com (after promotional offers, net returns, and before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you provide or check out with the e-mail address that is registered to your Rewards Account.   • You can track your Rewards Points any time by accessing your profile information online here.

Can I combine Rewards Points from multiple accounts into a single account?

  • We cannot combine accounts at this time, and urge you to use a single e-mail address for all transactions at Lucky Brand stores and luckybrand.com to ensure you receive points towards your Rewards Program Tier status for every qualifying purchase made going forward. How do I apply for the Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card?

  • There are three ways you can apply:
    1. Visit your nearest Lucky Brand store and apply with an associate.
    2. Use Text-to-Apply option once you visit your nearest Lucky Brand store.
    3. Apply here online.
  • If approved, you'll receive your Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card in the mail within 7-10 business days.

Can I use my Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card on the same day that I apply for the credit card?

  • Yes, if you have been approved in store or online, you will be able to use your newly opened Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card account on the same transaction and receive a first purchase discount as well!

Where can I view my transaction details and inquire about my Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card balance?

  • To view your current Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card balance, go to comenity.net/luckybrand and click on 'Manage Account' or contact: Comenity Capital Bank Customer Care (1-866-228-5602 or TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918).

How will I get an extra 5% off every subsequent Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card purchase?

  • • After your first purchase on your Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card account, you’ll receive an extra 5% off every purchase you make at luckybrand.com, Lucky Brand specialty, or outlet stores with your Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card. You can also choose to donate that same 5% to support Lucky Brand’s charity of choice.
  • Extra 5% will be applied after all applicable discounts, offers and coupons, but before taxes, shipping, and fees. The donation is not tax deductible by you. Combinable with other offers and discounts, except the Lucky Brand employee discount, unless offer expressly states otherwise. Not valid on gift cards or prior purchases. Subject to credit approval

How can I redeem my Rewards Points?

  • Every Rewards Point earned will go towards determining your Tier status and cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise. Earn one (1) Rewards Point for every one U.S. dollar ($1) spent. Rewards Credit Cardholders will receive two (2) Rewards Points for every one U.S. dollar ($1) spent using the Lucky Brand Rewards Credit Card.
