Great jeans, but BEWARE

If you are a die hard fan of Hayden like me, just beware. These jeans will run about 2 sizes smaller than your normal pair. They are made with a different material and therefore fit differently. However, the Hayden jeans are still fantastic. If you've never tried Hayden, you're going to love them. They go kinda high waist, which I feel like tucks me all in. They have a looser ankle which is amazing for folding and wearing with jeans. ** If you happen to run in the 31-32 area, there is a PLUS version of these jeans, however, also beware. They don't have the small fit problem. So if you're a 31-32 regular don't go bigger than a 14, you'll swim in them!

I really like Hayden high rise blue jeans so I ordered these in black. Had to send them back for a size up. Wish sizes were consistent from blue to black jeans.

Runs small.

Really liked the jeans. Run smaller than normal hayden high rise skinny jean. I normally wear a 29 and am comfortable but I couldn't get these on. The stitching looks really nice.

I do not like these

These are by far the weirdest fitting jeans I have bought from Lucky. Lucky jeans usually fit so snug and have a decent amount of give even in the fabrics with very little elastic content. I have multiple pairs of the same size that fit me very well, and I ordered the same size in these. The fit is so awkward on me! The fit on the calf is fine, but they are so tight on my thighs. They look decent while I am wearing them, but I am afraid to make any abrupt movements because I feel like they will rip right at the crotch. It feels like they were washed and shrunk in the dryer, but I have not done either of those things. I have worn them a few times now and hopefully they will stretch out more. The fabric is nice and they do a good job smoothing your silhouette, but this comes at the cost of comfort. I recommend a different fit if you are curvier or workout your legs a lot.

Not as stretchy when wearing

Feel super stretchy when you're holding them, don't feel as stretchy when on. I had to exchange for a size up. Wear a 2 in madewell, had to get a 4 in these.

I was hoping to like this pair of jeans. The material is nice but although I got the size I wear, the jeans was too big for me. So, I'm sending it back.
