- Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order date.
- For most eligible returns within the United States, a pre-paid return label is provided. Once the return is received, a return shipping charge of $8.00 will be deducted from any refund.
- "Final Sale" items are called out by a Final Sale badge; These items may not be returned or exchanged; they are also not subject to price adjustments.
- Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn with all tags and any hygiene strips intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Price adjustments will be honored within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, and refunded in the original form of payment.
- Only items purchased through LuckyBrand.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our physical shops or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Items purchased on LuckyBrand.com may be returned or exchanged at a Lucky Brand retail store.
- Items purchased on LuckyBrand.com may not be returned to any Lucky Brand outlet stores, Canadian stores or International stores.
- International orders are all final sale.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase to a Lucky Brand store, you must present the original packing slip or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout. Without a receipt, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.

A one-time price adjustment may be made with the original invoice within seven (7) days from the ship date on full-price merchandise only. To receive a price adjustment for eligible items, please call us at 1-866-975-5825 or visit your local Lucky Brand store. When visiting our store, be sure to present your original packing slip.
Price adjustments are not extended to merchandise that was purchased at a Lucky Brand retail store.
Receiving Credit for Your Return
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax, less the cost of return shipping if applicable.
- Sorry, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Gifting charges are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift with a gift packing slip (you'll be able to tell because it will have encoded prices), you may choose to receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 1-866-975-5825.
A gift recipient who wishes to return merchandise in accordance with the terms of this return policy will be issued an e-gift card.
To receive an e-gift card, please be sure to check the following on the pack slip:
"WAS THIS A GIFT? To receive credit as an e-gift card, please provide email and phone number below, otherwise credit will go to the original purchaser."
Following a gift return, the gift recipient will receive an email with an e-gift card in the amount paid for the merchandise and sales tax (if applicable).
NOTE: A valid email address and phone number must be supplied to receive the e-gift card refund. Otherwise, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser in their original form of payment.
International Return Policy
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
