Easy Returns & Exchanges for Online & In-Store Purchases

At Lucky Brand, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it by mail within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original form of payment, including gift purchases. You can also return your online purchases in-store for a refund.

Exclusions Apply:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, unless determined to be defective.
  • Swimwear and undergarments must have price tags attached for a return/exchange.
  • Returns by mail will be processed within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Store returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit for the selling price on the receipt.
  • Shipping & handling costs, gift box charges, and other fees are non-refundable.
  • A $8 deduction will apply if a Lucky Brand return label is used.

Return Exceptions:

  • Shoes and skates are online exclusives and must be returned by mail.
  • Purchases made in a Lucky Brand retail store must be returned to a store.
  • Limited Edition Capsule Collection items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

Lucky Brand Returns & Exchanges FAQs


Online Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds require a valid proof of purchase or Lucky Brand receipt.
  • Online purchases of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise can be returned by mail within 60 days.
  • Refunds for items paid with a Lucky Brand Gift Card or merchandise credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card.
  • Lucky Brand purchases from third-party retailers must be returned to that retailer.
  • Swimwear and foundation garments must be unworn with all the tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds include the item cost plus applicable sales tax, minus return shipping fees if applicable.
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (may take up to 30 days or a full billing cycle).

Exclusions:

  • Roller skates & Kids merchandise are online exclusives and must be returned by mail.
  • Home products & furniture bought in-store can only be returned to the purchase location.

  • Locate your order number from your packing slip or account.
  • Initiate Your Return by entering your order number and email.
  • Follow the instructions to choose your return method.
  • Bring your item to any U.S. Lucky Brand retail store.
  • Exclusions apply (Shoes and Skates must be returned by mail).

Return Lucky Brand Retail Purchases In-Store

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 60 days with the original Lucky Brand sales or gift receipt.
  • Items purchased online may be returned in-store, except for online exclusives & purchases made via PayPal, Klarna, or third-party payment options.
  • Returns require an original Lucky Brand sales/gift receipt and will be refunded in the original payment method.
  • Gift returns with a valid gift receipt will be refunded as store merchandise credit.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.


Gift Returns & Price Adjustments

  • Online Gift Returns: A gift recipient who wishes to return merchandise will receive a refund to the original form of payment. Following a gift return, the gift recipient will receive an E-Gift Card.
  • In-Store Gift Returns: Refunds issued as store credit for gift returns made within 60 days with a valid gift receipt.
  • Price Adjustments: One-time price adjustments available within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt.

How Do I Return Gift Cards?

  • Terms and conditions listed on Lucky Brand Gift Cards apply.
  • Gift cards with a balance of $9.99 or less may be redeemed for cash.

How Do I Return Home Merchandise?

  • Macy’s or other third-party purchases must be returned to the original retailer.
  • Home products purchased online must follow e-commerce return instructions.
  • Home items bought in-store may be returned to a Lucky Brand store with proof of purchase.

How Do I Return Watches?

  • Macy’s or third-party watch purchases must be returned to the original retailer.
  • Online watch purchases should be returned to the E-commerce warehouse using the included return label.
  • Store watch purchases can be returned to a Lucky Brand store with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty Information: Refer to the Watch Warranty for returns past the policy timeframe.

How Do I Return Studio/Stylist Purchases?

  • Studio Pulls can only be performed at Lucky Brand stores.
  • 25% of the purchase must be kept by the stylist/studio.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days at the original point of purchase.

Returning Final Sale Items

  • Some heavily discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
  • Items ending in $0.97 are FINAL SALE.
